Our Response to COVID-19

Dear Customers & Friends,

At Bill Summers Honda we are doing everything in our power to make sure that we are being socially responsible with the recent events regarding COVID-19 corona virus, and working diligently to keep our team and customers safe.  

1. All employees are asked to stay home if they feel ill.  All employees are asked to avoid travel, other than emergency, and to stay between home and work as much as possible.  All of those at work, are required to wash their hands & work spaces as often as possible.

2. At least once a day we are sanitizing the store.

3. Higher traffic customer touch points are being sanitized as often as possible, several times per/day.

4. My Service Advisors are wiping down customers cars on hard surfaces, such as keys, doorhandles, steering wheels, shifters etc.  

5. We have temporarily removed all food, drink, magazines, newspapers & other items that could carry any sort of risk

6. We have hand sanitizer, wipes and soap available to both customers and employees as they are in our building  

7. We have implemented pick up and delivery of most customers cars for both service and sales.  

8. We have implemented a completely online purchase option, if customers would prefer to buy their vehicle virtually.  Our team is trained to send videos and/or FaceTime to show cars.  We can do paperwork & deliver vehicles to you so you will never have to leave your home if you would prefer.

9. As much as we love to shake hands with our customers we are currently going to stick with a friendly nod or elbow! 

10. We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations. 

11. We are staying educated on all developments, and will continue to make any adjustments as needed to ensure the safety of our team and customers.  We are committed to being strong, brave, responsible and positive during this time.

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership.
